Problem and Solution: 

A Career and Leadership instructor requested a workbook job aid for attendees to use for note-taking and activities. He wanted space for employees to take notes during his presentation, record activities, and reference the material after the training. The resulting workbook was a 30-page document featuring interactive questions, fill-in-the-blank sections, and dedicated note-taking space, serving as a valuable reference tool for employees post-training.

Process: 

I met with the instructor to gain a deeper understanding of his requirements. While he had the questions he wanted to include, I needed to know the order of his presentation and where to incorporate the interactive elements. Using the company's branding colors and logos, I designed a compelling and engaging 30-page workbook that effectively integrated these interactive components.
